Stay Safe from Scams and Fraudulent Communications

We take your security seriously. Scammers may attempt to contact you via SMS, social media, or email by pretending to be our company. To help you identify fraudulent messages, please review the following guidelines.

Dos and donts

TEXT (SMS):

We do:

  • Send information emails about events, promotions, Sales and launches
  • Include links to shop online or to our social page or to ticket sites
  • Include an OPT OUT number
  • Include bitly links 

We don’t:

  • We will never request payment for any goods or services
  • We will never request personal details We will never request banking details, pin numbers or phone numbers
  • We will never send a phone number to call
  • We will never contact you by phone, email or SMS and ask you to share any personal details like your date of birth, bank account details, card PIN or full card details, login details, passwords, email address or User ID.
  • We will never request payment for Customs Charges.
  • Ask you to click on links directing you to enter personal information. 

Social:

We don’t: 

  • We will never reply to a comment to say you’ve won a prize
  • We will never request personal details
  • We will never request banking details, pin numbers or phone numbers
  • We will never charge you a fee to have your prize delivered or request payment for any service.

We do

  • We will only interact with customers through our verified social media accounts.
  • We will provide assistance and support via official customer service channels.
  • We will advise customers to report and block suspicious accounts.

Please note:

Prize winners will always be contacted by DM through the social channel

Prizes winners would be invited to contact our main head office phone number to verify a prize (not mandatory)

Email Scams

We Will Never:

  • Ask for sensitive information such as passwords, credit card details, or personal identification via email.
  • Send unsolicited attachments or request you to download files.
  • Send urgent threats or pressure you into taking immediate action.

We Will:

  • Send emails from our official domain only.
  • Provide clear and secure ways to contact us for verification.

Tips to Avoid Scam Messages

  • Pause and consider—were you expecting a message from us?
  • Look for misspellings, strange links, or unfamiliar email addresses. 
  • Be cautious of urgent messages pressuring you to act immediately.
  • Always verify our communication, call our Head office number (available on google)
  •  Ignore and avoid responding to unexpected messages.
  • Never click on links from unknown sources.
  • Protect your personal details—avoid sharing your name, email, or financial information.
  • Update your passwords frequently and keep them confidential.
  • Avoid sharing personal details like your date of birth, home address, or family information on social media.

What You Can Do:

  • Always verify the sender before responding to messages.
  • Do not click on links or download attachments from unknown sources.
  • Report suspicious messages to us immediately.
  • Keep your account information private and secure.
