- Use morning and evening, as the first step in your routine.
- Wet your face with lukewarm water.
- Dispense a 10p-sized amount into damp hands and work into a light lather, then massage into skin in circular motions for 30 to 60 seconds.

- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
