Application: BPerfect x Annalivia - Lip Library - Lip Oil can be worn in 3 ways!
- Wear on its own for a glossy, mirror-shine effect.
- Wear as a primer by removing excess product before applying lipstick, for smoothed and hydrated lips.
- Wear on top of lipstick to create a glossy finish.
